A print-ready PDF is best. Vector files (AI, EPS, CDR) are ideal for logos and spot colours. For photographs, send TIFF or high-resolution JPG at 300 dpi at final size. Our prepress team will convert anything else at no cost.
Bleed is artwork that extends 3 mm beyond the trim line so the cut edge shows colour instead of white. Yes for full-bleed designs, no for designs with a white border. We add bleed automatically where the artwork allows it.
300 dpi at final print size is the standard we print at, and what we recommend. Images at 150 dpi are acceptable on large-format banners viewed from a distance, but text always suffers — keep text as vectors or live text.
Digital products like A5 flyers and business cards start at 100 units. Large-format items like banners and standees have a minimum of one. Each product page shows its exact minimum.
Yes. There is no plate cost on digital products, so a reorder at the same specification is the same unit price. Volume discounts also apply per order, not per account.
Discounts apply automatically to the line total based on quantity, and they stack with your specification choices. The exact tier you qualify for is shown on the product page before you order.
Order before noon on a working day and most card, flyer and label products ship the same evening. Express is next working day on everything. Same-day is not available on items marked made-to-order.
We deliver to 180+ cities. Delivery is free on orders above ₹5,000; below that it is a flat ₹99. Multi-page catalogues and large-format items ship on a pallet, which is quoted separately.
You get a digital proof within one working day of uploading, and production only starts once you approve it. We also run a physical strike-off on first-time orders above ₹25,000.
If a job arrives materially different from the approved proof, we reprint it at our cost and refund the shipping. Send photos within 7 days of delivery and we will turn it around quickly.
